am de tradus declarațiile unor inculpați români și îmi apar frecvent ”nașparliu”, ”nașpa”, ”nașparlii”.

Explanation:
O alta idee...
Blank credit cards, holograms, magnetic strips and stolen account information are selling in bulk on websites that offer identity thieves a one-stop shop for their counterfeit-credit-card schemes.
Hackers and credit card “skimmers” sell stolen bank and credit-card information from unsuspecting users, then make fake credit cards linked to real accounts. Counterfeit-credit-card trafficking rings make it easy for criminals to get everything online, Lynch said.

morally bad in principle or practice
causing injury or harm
troublesome, unpleasant, or offensive

Slang Strikingly good, effective, or skillful
13 hrs
-> slang = the jargon of a particular class, profession, etc. the special vocabulary of thieves, vagabonds, etc. In conlcuzie, cei in cauza ar spune, mai degraba, wicked (confindence rating 3) decat ... fraudulent.
