Asker: Multumesc.

Multumesc frumos again.

neutral  Anca Nitu: palatal enjoyment is not English, I only encountered this "makeshift expression" in Chinglish

neutral  Mihaela Ghiuzeli: Not really. It's too "glued" to the Romanian version.

glosarele de "oenology". :the body of the wine" inseamna experienta/senzatia) pe care o ai in palatul/cerul gurii. See wiki(glosar de "oenology".

Asker: Multumesc oricum chiar daca e prea tarziu acum.

-> Multumesc Anca. Trebuie sa fie putin atenta in domeniul asta.

agree  Mihaela Ghiuzeli: "Smooth on the palate" is another fine one. "Aftertaste" is really the taste left in the mouth after drinking it.
