L'objet du contrat est constitué par la mise à disposition d'une surface locative....

On ne peut pas dire "mise en service" d'une durface. On parle de la "mise en service" d'un appareil" et de la "mise à disposition" d'ue surface.

Je reprends la dernière phrase, les fautes de frappe corrigées :
On ne peut pas dire "mise en service" d'une surface. On parle de la "mise en service" d'un appareil, d'un équipement et de la "mise à disposition" d'une surface, d'un logement.

On peut éventuellement parler de la mise en service d'un immeuble qui vient d'être construit/achevé. Mais pour un contrat de location j'utiliserai "mise à disposition".
