Eingeschränktes Miteigentum Explanation: Hier muss man direkt das deutsche Gesetz vor sich haben. Zu klären wäre auch, ob es sich um Miteigentum in Deutschland oder in Österriech handelt weil das auch unterschiedlich ausfällt. |
