Just in case, here is a definition: anchored releationship is "a relationship that develops over time through recurring interaction between people, but is tied to a particular place or a narrow range of activities." you got it all wrong: I didn't challenge the community, all I did was try to explain my move to reclassify the question as non-pro, and the reason being that the translation of the phrase (in my humble opinion), is so obvious that the Asker (or any other professional for that matter), was perfectly capable of translating the phrase in question himself without seeking the help of the community. Now, we may disagree on that, but that's fine with me.

@El oso: Perhaps it is I who has misunderstood something. You seem to have challenged the community to come up with a term akin to "anchored" relationship. The term appears to be marketing-speak, so some poetic license might be forgiven. I ventured long-term, stable, firm and secure as possibly synonymous with anchored, but why gild the lily.

It depends what kind of an 'anchor' is implied. If an 'anchor' in a building's foundation body or in a mine's overlying bed, then 'yes' - it is firmly secured, but if an 'anchor' of a maritime vessel it is just lying on the bottom of the sea (if not simply hanging in the midst of the abyss) with the 'securing' effect being produced by the 'anchor + cable bridle' mass and/or length of the latter. :-)
