Russian term or phrase: разгонный автомобиль
I'm struggling with the term разгонный автомобиль in a Kazakh Russian-language services contract to provide vehicles to the principal company.

The term crops up three times, once in the definitions and again later in the contract. Here are the three instances:

"Автомобиль общего пользования" ("РАЗГОННЫЙ АВТОМОБИЛЬ") - пассажирский транспорт, предоставляемый Подрядчиком по транспортной заявке Компании в соответсвии с производственными нуждами Компании.

and later:

Автомобили общего пользования ("разгонные")
- Автомобили общего пользования ("разгонные") предоставляется для рабочих поездок персонала Компании через транспортную заявку, подписанную уполномоченным представителем Компании.
- Для короткой поездки автомобиль можно вызвать по телефону или электронной почте. В этом случае транспортная заявка не требуется. Автомобиль должен быть предоставлен в течение 15 минут.

Asker: I see this is a US term - not one I'm familiar with. If I've understood the meaning correctly, we would call this a "runaround" in the UK... a car that's not particularly great, but still works and serves its purpose.

neutral  The Misha: This is definitely not a common US term either. My own first association would be with the egg beaters (whites) I eat for breakfast. In the automotove sense, it rings no bells whatsoever.
