neutral  The Misha: This has nothing to do with any accruals and nothing is "retained". This is about compensation due to be paid out to employees and withholdings made from the gross pay, such as taxes, social security, etc. Just take note of this and soldier on:)))

Pay and Tax Deducted


Explanation:
Я бы так перевела название базы данных.

По аналогии с Certificate of Pay and Tax Deducted (справка о заработной плате и удержанном налоге).

Pay - зарплата, притом начисленная зарплата (средства) - это, скорее всего, Gross Pay будет, вычтется налог и далее - Net Pay. Но я в заглавии не стала бы переводить дословно и писать Gross, так как всё это (Gross и Net), скорее всего, будет далее уточнятся (есть графа Зарплата).
