The term also potentially jams very well with the term "prize": one can even say "Albert Camus was awarded a Nobel Prize. So it's ok... Так что не мучайтесь! :)))

neutral  mrrafe: I agree with your definition of perquiite but donn't know what the context is here. A perquisite is a benefit routinely or normally associated with a position; e.g., an automobile is a perquisite of the Prime Minister's office.

neutral  Michael Korovkin: that's rather exotic though... :)

  -> Спасибо!

neutral  The Misha: Exotic indeed. This is some kind of supposedly clever newspeak, right?

incentive

Explanation:
Относится к variable pay, как и bonus. См.
Compensation is usually provided as base pay and/or variable pay. Base pay is based on the role in the organization and the market for the expertise required to conduct that role. Variable pay is based on the performance of the person in that role, for example, for how well that person achieved his or her goals for the year. Incentive plans, for example, bonus plans, are a form of variable pay. (Some people might consider bonuses as a benefit, rather than a form of compensation.) Some programs include a base pay and a variable pay.

agree  Turdimurod Rakhmanov: Incentive is more general, for ex: Incentive Compensation Plan. Irina, I did not mean your version is wrong, I just wanted to say this term has a much broader meaning. But it covers "премия" as well.

-> Look at the explanation, please. It refers to compensation and the variable pay as part of it. Tax incentives do exist but it is another story.

agree  mrrafe: Premiums also is correct, and closer to the original.

-> thanks, but see my comment in the Discussion

agree  The Misha: I'd simply bunch them together as "bonuses" and be done with it. Why do folks insist on translating everything word for word? What's the fun in that?
5 hrs
-> Thanks, Mish. Depends on how formal is the text.If it's formal/bureaucratic and means business, then the use of two differen terms may not be skipped: indeed, there is or at least may be a big difference between a bonus and an award.

disagree  Turdimurod Rakhmanov: before boastfully displaying your abilities in another language, first nurture your own, then show off, trying to make a really big impression. BTW, Your second option "gratuity"-you'll leave at a restaurant for your waitress.:))
