Education / Pedagogy / music conservatory: abbreviation appears in list of students
Russian term or phrase: исп. уч-къ среднего курса
Could be Ukrainian, rather than Russian. It appears in a list of performances by Odessa music conservatory students in 1900; it's the abbreviation of the first two words that has me stumped! It appears in the annual report of the Odessa Conservatory for that year.

The same abbreviation appears at the beginning of several students' listings. Does it say something about the 2nd level of study/grade that they were at? Do I need to know more about student concerts at the Conservatory?
