Привожу этот вариант в дополнение к варианту Олега. Bear attack season ближе к английскому узусу, наверное, однако ссылка на сочетание bear danger season одна на весь Интернет, что указывает на редкую сочетаемость входящих в него компонентов. Мой вариант тоже не блещет результатами. Всего две ссылки на журнал фирмы Salym Petroleum.
В одном из номеров их журнала New Horizons на стр. 9 приводится интервью с начальником отдела инфраструктуры месторождения и пассажирских перевозок Александром Абрамовым. В нем встречается искомое словосочетание:
– Assuming the name of the committee, it also handles safety issues. Can you give an example of such issues?
– At one of the meetings a hoist crew submitted a proposal to develop a short way from accommodation camps to work site. Taking into account the BEAr HAZARD PERIOD, passage to work site through regular access ways created
additional risks for people. Therefore we decided to build a special passage across the dike, which would ensure the shortest way. In case this practice practice proves fairly well, such crossings will appear on all well pads.
На стр. 14 представлена даже награда за оценку риска в медвежеопасный период (см. ссылку на русскоязычную версию журнала).
Само понятие употребляют в основном представители охотнадзора.

Интересно, что bear hazard образует устойчивое сочетание со словом assessment и встречается преимущественно на канадских сайтах. В документе фирмы DeltaWest Energy, посвященном мероприятиям в чрезвычайным ситуациям, есть раздел Monitoring Work Sites. В нем встречается словосочетание area of high bear hazard. По-русски встречается, хоть и редко, аналогичное понятие - "медвежеопасный" район.

На стр. 175 читаем: Employees working away from the main site may occasionally find themselves working in an AREA of HIGH BEAR HAZARD. Normally work should be halted and workers removed until the bear hazard is no longer present. However, if work can not be shut down, a qualified bear monitor should be assigned to alert workers when bears are present and move people out of harms way.
