Russian term or phrase: админская закладка
Hi guys,

I wonder if there are any gamers among us?

The main character in the book I'm translating is a professional gamer. He makes his living by mastering different games and finding various ways to cheat the system. His employer - a seedy character who makes his living by offering shady gaming services - asks the hero about a new game he asked him to explore. This is what he says:

"Ну как дела? Много админских закладок нашел?"

I know what he means but I've no idea how to actually say it :) Any ideas?

Thank you very much!

Generally this could be referred to as 'loophole,' but here the meaning is more specific: a loophole or cheat that game designers or maybe admins/moderators inserted into the game on purpose that is unknown to regular players. Hence, 'backdoor.'

There is also the term 'Easter egg,' but those are usually a) just for fun, not gaining unfair advantage, and b) meant for players to discover through trial and error, not be kept a secret forever.

agree  Lazyt3ch: Поддерживаю backdoor, а Easter egg и loophole, как мне кажется, немного не в тему. Хотя дополнительный контекст не помешал бы.
