disagree  Rachel Douglas: Normally I wouldn't enter such a strong dissent to an already chosen answer, but it seems important to point out that "conception of theories" will be understood as "понятие" not "зарождение". And that's what it means in the examples listed via the link.

validity of a theory origins

Explanation:
validity is a property of a logical system
together with completeness, soundness, and consistency

Validity of a theory origins.
Validity is the only possible attribute of origins, it makes a lot of sense, too.
One can validate the origins of pretty much anything.

but can you prove the logics of origins?

neutral  Rachel Douglas: I'm not sure about what "логика" means here, but I'm quite sure that "of a theory origins" is not English.

-> the origins of theories , you're right! It's blurred line here between what may and may not be said or written.

how theories originate

Explanation:
This will be an option if by "логика" your original means not so much "logic," which is rather narrower in English than "логика" is in Russian, as something like "lawful process." In other words, "логика" can mean also "внутренняя закономерность, присущая чему-нибудь" or "ход рассуждений" - ideas which may or not be well expressed by "logic" in English, depending on the context. Sometimes, as in my proposal, it might simply be omitted, if it only means the "way" or "order" in which the origination occurs.

It would be easier to judge, if you provided more context.
