agree  Vladimir Dubisskiy: the Marketing Dept Employee Orientation (session / meeting) or 'FOR the employees' (not 'of') - and only in case of the newly hired, which seems to be unlikely for the case. In Canada they also run Orientation Meetings for prospective co-op members
