Hi Chris, is there any more context? It would be good to know what DH is....

If this is an employee survey and it has to do with sales, my only guess for БТП is Будущий торговый показатель.
I could not find any examples of the use of БТП in this sense on Yandex, so it is either not quite correct or it is Danfoss internal slang.
