В одном малоизвестном франц.-русском архитектурно-строительном словаре я нашел перевод термина:

раскреповка - refend m

Возможно, это слово как-то связано с глаголом "refendre", но его перевода в этом словаре не нашлось.

Я поискал в Google словосочетание "corniche refendue" как предположительный перевод термина "раскрепованный карниз", но нашел там лишь одну ссылку на его упоминание:
