Russian term or phrase: Мастера ювелирных дел
Необработанный алмаз - это сырье, из которого огранщики сделают бриллиант, а мастера ювелирных дел - роскошное изделие.

Ce n'est pas tant les mots que je ne comprend pas, mais la deuxième partie de la phrase me laisse pantois. Qqn pourrait-il m'expliquer sa signification ?

Est-ce que cela veut dire que les maîtres-artisans joailliers sont très demandés ?

Explanation:
Ювелир - 1. Мастер, изготовляющий ювелирные изделия.
(Толковый словарь Ушакова)

По-французски ювелир - это просто joallier или bijoutier. И, на мой взгляд, добавление maîtres-artisans - излишне и звучит более громоздко.

Мастер ювелирных дел - это всего лишь более пышный синоним слова "ювелир". ИМХО.
