Russian term or phrase: голосовать ногами
Sono alle prese con un articolo che parla della situazione economica in Russia. A un certo punto l'intervistato dice "Капитал «голосует ногами», то есть уходит из страны". A me per logica viene tradurre una cosa del genere "Il capitale "è in fuga", il che vuol dire che se ne va dal paese". Ma non credo sia la giusta interpretazione dell'esperssione indicata tra virgolette.

Si potrebbe coniugare con la variante di Nikolay, cioè usando come un commento per la sua versione, sarebbe:" Il capitale vota con i piedi, cioè se la da a gambe"..
