Друзья, обращаюсь за помощью к тем, кто по счастливой случайности не спит))

Собственно затруднение с "пострадавшим". Я сначала было написала "vittima", а потом быстренько пришла в себя. Документ выдан родственнику ЖЕРТВЫ репрессий. В инете нашла, что "пострадавшие" - это именно родственники репрессированных. Но на итальянском вообще никаких вариантов, кроме vittime, не увидела.

Словосочетание встречается во фразе: "Справка о признании пострадавшим от политических репрессий". Дальше по тексту ФИО, личные данные и ещё раз факт признания таковым.

Если есть соображения, поделитесь, пожалуйста.

Se bisogna distinguere la vittima diretta, cioè chi ha subito personalmente le repressioni, da chi è stato danneggiato, colpito indirettamente, ci sono termini come "danneggiato", "parte danneggiata", "parte lesa"...

Может, не гуглятся потому, что это чисто советская реалия, а переводы документов такого рода, как правило, остаются частными и не выкладываются в интернет...

Asker: Потому что это, получается, не одно и то же: Статья 2.1. Пострадавшими от политических репрессий признаются: дети, супруг, (супруга), родители лиц, расстрелянных или умерших в местах лишения свободы и реабилитированных посмертно http://www.memo.ru/rehabilitate/laws/2004/rea-law4.htm Документ выдан СЫНУ репрессированного человека. Я так понимаю, всё-таки есть разница между "жертвой" и "пострадавшим" по нашему закон-ву.

Asker: Assiolo, я пыталась нагуглить эти варианты, но либо я до сих пор плохо умею искать , либо они действительно не особо-то и гуглятся в сочетании с репрессиями. Меня это смутило и сподвигло на поиск помощи на прозе.

На итальянском иначе, чем vittima и parente della vittima, по-моему, не переведешь.
Вот здесь речь идет о жертвах преступлений, но, в принципе, определение жертв и пострадваших подходит:
