Questa parola mi rende difficile capire bene tutto questo paragrafo. Come posso renderla correttamente? Io ho capito questo ma non sono molto sicuro: In caso di ritardo nei pagamenti, il Committente, su richiesta scritta dell’Esecutore, paga una penale del tasso di sconto doppio della banca nazionale di Ucraina, vigente nel periodo del ritardo, della somma del pagamento scaduto per ciascun giorno della scadenza.
