disagree  Daryo: not enough context + it doesn't say "delivering" but "sending", and also it doesn't say what kind of "documents" nor whether it's part of some specific procedures or it's just about any random documents sent to just anyone.

  -> If documents are SENT by courier, one is using a DELIVERY SERVICE, or it is a SHIPPING SERVICE if SENT by other means of transportation, or, depending on the type of document, it can be DDS – whatever the context is.
