Serbian term or phrase: tija para nema
This has become a slogan in the Montenegrin referendum campaign. I don't get "tija" - is it dialect?

Tija para nema, tako glasi Buškovićeva kovanica koju su, kao refren pjesme, spremili unionisti za potrebe referendumske kampanje. Slogan "tija para nema", tvrde u opoziciji, simbol je otpora aktivistima DPS-a i poruka kako da se postave u sličnoj situaciji.

Hvala!

I think this refers to the accusations that DPS is paying for the votes and the meaning of the slogan is
there's not enough money in the world to pay for my vote
