Military Court

Explanation:
Definitely "military court" or "military tribunal". "Military", in addition to being the opposite of "civilian", refers to the armed forces as a whole, while the "Army" is that branch of the a.f. that fights on land, in contrast to the Navy and the Air Force.

disagree  Marija Stojanovich: Defined as "a military court to try serious breaches of martial law" and translates into Serbian as "preki sud".
