Pacijentkinja nema drugi aktuelni poremećaj u vreme skrining vizite.
Evo o čemu se radi... Ja sam proofreader u ovom slučaju. U izvornom tekstu postoji greška, piše 'aktueni'. Prevodilac je tu reč preveo kao 'acute'. Ja odmah pomislim da je to greška i da u izv. tekstu treba da piše 'aktuelni' što se (valjda) ne prevodi kao 'acute'. I onda, da bih pronašla pravu reč za 'aktuelno' odem na Proz i pronadjem:

Da li je 'aktuelan' 'acute'?
Po meni (mada je moguće da nisam u pravu), to aktuelan znači tekući, sadašnji ili tako nešto.

agree  Sladjana Daniels: "Aktuelno" ne može da bude "acute" (inače "topical" može da bude "aktuelan" - u smislu "u skladu sa trenutnom temom" - ali ne i "akutan"). Prevodilac je verovatno shvatio rečenicu kao "nema drugi akutni poremećaj..."

agree  Sladjana Spaic: Slažem se sa mojom imenjakinjom da "topical" nije adekvatan termin u ovom slučaju. "Current" je ispravno, a može i "in course", ali eng. rečenica onda treba da bude preformulisana. Shodno tome, "current" je najbolje rešenje. :-)
