student apprentice Explanation: Student apprentice -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 9 min (2016-03-28 15:05:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Apprenticeship is a system of training a new generation of practitioners of a trade or profession with on-the-job training and often some accompanying study (classroom work and reading). Apprenticeship also enables practitioners to gain a license to practice in a regulated profession. Most of their training is done while working for an employer who helps the apprentices learn their trade or profession, in exchange for their continued labor for an agreed period after they have achieved measurable competencies. Apprenticeships typically last 3 to 6 years. People who successfully complete an apprenticeship reach the journeyman level of competence. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apprenticeship |

praktikant (studenti završnih godina fakulteta ili tek diplomirani) (graduate) internship / (graduate) interns Explanation: Internship "Intern" redirects here. For training for a physician who has completed medical school, see Internship (medicine). For other senses of this term, see Intern (disambiguation). An internship is a job training for white collar and professional careers. Internships for professional careers are similar in some ways to apprenticeships for trade and vocational jobs, but the lack of standardisation and oversight leaves the term open to broad interpretation. Interns may be college or university students, high school students, or post-graduate adults. These positions may be paid or unpaid and are usually temporary. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internship |
