Da biste napravili neku razliku predlažem npr. електричар (III степен) - electrician (3rd level - national
classification); електротехничар (IV степен) - electrical technician (4th level - national
classification). Pošto je diploma izdata ovde, jasno je da su ti stepeni važeći kod nas (što, naravno, ne mora da važi i za druge zemlje), a čisto informativno možete da pogledate i “UNESCO - International Standard Classification of Education” ( http://www.uis.unesco.org/TEMPLATE/pdf/isced/ISCED_A.pdf ). U svakom slučaju, ukoliko se vrši nostrifikacija, vaš prevod stručnog naziva sigurno neće biti od presudnog značaja, već razmatranje programa obrazovanja za svaki konkretan slučaj.
