"pomoćnika rukovodioca Dekapirnica i regeneracija" - 'Dekapirnica i regenaracija' - napisano velikim slovom, u nominativu, očigledno naziv pogona o kome je reč

"prošlog meseca je u ovom pogonu proizvedeno"
pogon - section (as of a plant, factory) ref. Benson
znači: section, department kao što sam prvobitno navela

  -> Hvala, to je generalno tačno ali ne i u ovom kontekstu: ako pažljivo pogledate videćete da je u pitanju rukovodilac Dekapirnice i regeneracije tj. to bi bilo Pickling and Regeneration Department; nikako ne može biti ni 'line' ni 'plant' u ovom kontekstu.
