Radi se o zapisniku sa sastanka vezanog za funkcionisanje Ministarstva unutrasnjih poslova u jednoj od nekadasnjih republika bivse Jugoslavije. Pretpostavljam da su mat-fim poslovi neka skracenica, ali nemam pojma sta bi to moglo da znaci. ( Vrlo je moguce i da je daktilograf pogrijesio dodajuci ili ispustajuci neka slova iz skacenice.)
