I ja sam mislio da je možda "kontrolirati" nekako "kontrirati" ne ide baš nikaka sa "loptom".

Ovde je u pitanju tenis, ali mislim da je značenje isto:

i say this because you can aim once or twice to the net person but eventually they will develop the moves to counter attack the ball, remember, they just need to put the racquet up to put the ball back in your court, and you are still up in the air, with no chance to respond!!!

Asker: Miro hvala vam na odgovoru. Na kraju se ispostavilo da je fudbaler mislio "kontrolirati" a izgovorio "kontrirati". :) Sto se tice kontre apsolutno ste u pravu, to je counter-attack, ali se ne moze kontrirati lopta vec napad. Tako mi je objasnjeno.
