Explanation:
Het lijkt me dat het om een scriptiebegeleidster gaat in het geval van een bachelor- of masterscriptie, of om de begeleidster van een promotietraject (PhD), dat kan ook nog. Hopelijk heb je er iets aan!

Edit: ik zie nu dat je 'proefschrift' als subcategorie hebt genoemd. In dat geval zou ik het houden op 'begeleidster van het promotietraject' of iets in die trant.
