Explanation:
Een combinatie van hetgeen er al is geopperd. Ik, persoonlijk, ken een 'centralita' als een telefooncentrale, vandaar mijn conclusie. Aangezien ik dit in Spanje heb geleerd ben ik ook vrij zeker van deze uitleg.
