"Si la rehabilitación energética se realice en un edificio de viviendas o condominio, proporcionamos a la comunidad de propietarios la asistencia técnica, financiera y jurídica necesaria para asesorarla en todo momento."

This is to do with refits/refurbishment work aimed at improving energy efficiency. Currently, I can only think of a long-winded way of saying this and wondering if I'm missing something short and snappy.
