I /do / warrant that I have individually identified the appearers
Explanation:
Appearer is used in Brookes Notary textbook, London..

Unless there is an 'official' English translation of the Argentinian Civil Code, I also see no 'justification' for using the predictable 'Spanglish' such rednering usually zurns out to be.

Query: whether justificar has the force of certify or 'notarially attest'..

-> ??? Your comment: "Hola Anabell, te sugiero que te fijes el lenguaje ..." Sorry, I don't understand. I am not Anabell // Frankly I saw no reason to go searching for the Civil Code! Further, "warrant" in a previous proposal, is not usual legal usage!
