neutral  Carol Gullidge: I doubt this very much! Raw shellfish is pretty unpalatable, let alone a probable source of food poisoning :( Oysters, on the other hand, are eaten live, although I have to say I'm pretty squeamish about this!//Actually it seems clams CAN be eaten raw!
