Spanish term or phrase: Nikito Nipongo
Nikito Nigongo, primer ministro japones, responsable del bloqueo de la region. Again it is a play on words with the expression "ni quito ni pongo" that I'm struggling to elegantly render into UK English.

Explanation:
This one is hard because I don't speak a word of Japanese and I have no idea what sounds are actually part of the language!

Thinking along the lines of putting and taking, I thought something like 'Yumi Noteiko'. Hopefully it doesn't have another meaning in Japanese!

If anyone knows Spanish, English and Japanese maybe they can suggest a better option.

Sorry Mari for not answering earlier! You make a good point about the original Spanish meaning...
In the mean time, more options:
'Mino Kero' (me no care)
'Mino Kerosumacha'
'Yuker Yudai' (you care, you die)
Meinono Sumacha (me no know so much)
Maiyamoto Nokeri (my moto, no caring) - (Miyamoto is actually a Japanese name btw)

Notes to answerer
Asker: That's a great suggestion, Rebecca, but I'm not sure if it conveys the meaning of "It's none of my business" or "It's nothing to do with me" that I think is implicit in this context. Although I may have got that wrong, what do you think?

Asker: I was thinking, how about "Noh Wazimei" to give the idea of "It wasn't me"? I'm not sure if it comes across though? I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.

Asker: Hi Rebecca, Thanks so much for getting back to me with all your great suggestions. I think I'm going to go with Mino Kero. It's nice and clear to read and conveys the meaning well, I think.
