I would appreciate some help with this term.

Context: "Cierre. Tras la actuación del técnico, y una vez que las causas de la avería han sido resultas y el usuario se queda operativo, se rellenara (siempre que así sea requerido) el parte de intervención, se le dejara una copia y se mecanizara el ****cierre de la avería**** en el aplicación informática de XXXX para la gestión del servicio presencial, donde se reflejaran entre otros los siguientes datos."

The incident is resolved when the normal service operations are restored and the users are back online. When you have solved the incident and recorded all necessary information, you can close the Incident with the status of the incident, change to Close.
