Spanish term or phrase: Tregua
I'm translating a contract wherein the Licensor agrees to keep the website functional under the following condition:

If "tiempo de suspension del Sistema" did not appear in the sentence, I would be comfortable translating "tregua" as "downtime". However "tiempo de suspension del Sistema" also sounds like "downtime".

I've attempted to translate the sentence thusly:

"Ensure that the XXXX website is fully operational 24 hours a day, with unplanned downtime no greater than 2.5% of the System downtime."

Is this a correct translation of "tregua" and "tiempo de suspension del Sistema"?

Thanks in advance

Explanation:
