Spanish term or phrase: título de pruebas
I am translating an adoption petition from Colombia and have come across this term in the following context:

I understand it is referring to a power-of-attorney that has been conferred in the speaker here, but the "título de pruebas" seems redundant to me. And is he referring to the documents to which this specific document is making reference? Hence the "se relacionan en."

English translation:the list of exhibits
Explanation:
It sounds like the term refers to a list of documents appended to the adoption petition for the purposes of supporting said petition.

exhibits referred to in Title [of Decreto 2737 dealing with evidence]

Explanation:
With all certainty it is the lawyer representing the claimants/plaintiffs (demandantes) who is saying this.

“Acompañar” means in this context the same as “adjuntar” (to present, submit), but what does “título de pruebas” mean here? I think this expression is just confusing to the reader because there is no such thing called “título de pruebas”, as far as I know and can judge. I am not Colombian, but my interpretation in this context is that the evidence (the exhibits) has to be submitted according to a certain Title of a certain Law. This might be the real meaning of “título” in this particular context: Title of a Law/Decree. And then I found out that in Colombia the relevant legal text for this type of actions (divorce cases) is the Decreto 2737 of 1989.

Generally speaking, laws are divided in the continental law system into “titles", "chapters" and "articles", precisely in that order. There are of course exceptions to this general rule, but I believe by this “título” is meant the relevant Title of the aforementioned Colombian Decreto (Decree) 2737 of 1989, where it is specified what kind of exhibits have to be submitted to the Court for the commencement of proceedings.

I found this link with a clear reference to Decreto 2737:
Solicitud%20De%20Adopci%F3n.pdf (directorioabogadoscolombia.com)
(…)
Anexos:
(Art. 105 Dec.2737/89).

And then I took a look at said Decree, where I found the following:
https://www.oas.org/dil/esp/Decreto_2737_de_1989_Colombia.pd...
DECRETO 2737 DE 1989 (Noviembre 27)

a) El consentimiento para la adopción, si fuere el caso;
b) El registro civil de nacimiento de los adoptantes y el del menor;
c) El registro civil de matrimonio o la prueba idónea de la convivencia extramatrimonial de los adoptantes, sin perjuicio de las que correspondan a los demás requisitos exigidos por este código;
d) La copia de la declaración de abandono o autorización para la adopción, según el caso;
e) La certificación, con vigencia no mayor de seis (6) meses, expedida por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar o una entidad autorizada para el efecto, sobre la idoneidad física, mental, social y moral de los adoptantes, y constancia de la entidad respectiva sobre la integración personal del menor con el adoptante o adoptantes;
f) La solicitud de adopción suscrita por el adoptante o adoptantes, presentada personalmente por ellos;

So I came in the end to the conclusion that “título” might be referring here to that Title of Decree 2737 dealing with the presentation of evidence.

documented evidence

Explanation:
It states:
"The authority conferred (consulted) by the claimants has the documents connected with the given evidence or examples used to substantiate a claim."
In law, those could be called exhibits used to mark identification with the purpose of holding as introductory evidence.
"In a criminal prosecution or a civil trial, a legal exhibit is physical or documentary evidence brought before a jury. The artifact or document itself is presented for a jury's inspection, as it can be an invoice, a written contract or forensic photography."
There are also two examples in which the evidence, test document or title is the description of a procedure or a product which is adopted to be used on a trial basis, to test and evaluate its benefits.

(SP:

Example sentence(s):
  • "(1) The States were generally in favour of the procedure adopted by the Committee on a trial basis. (2) Another industry in the process of using the product on a trial basis is that of a foothills coalmine."
