1 day 11 hrs confidence: peer agreement (net): +2 "pellonera" (padded saddle cushion) makers (OR saddle makers)
Explanation: All the "pelloneras" I see are leather padded cushioning for the saddle. So, if this was an occupation you could say "pellonera" (saddle cushion) maker to be specific. These days we'd probably just say "saddle maker" or "tack maker" but in bygone days sometimes craftspeople carried out specific work or trades. http://raintreetack.com/Articles/TabId/92/ArtMID/431/Article... Work saddles that do not have skirts use a leather pad (pellonera) as a seat cushion. The pellonera can also be used for added comfort over saddles with skirts. To give saddles a better appearance, the pommel and cantle are sometimes covered with fine leather. The pelloneras that I have seen on links do not have sheepskin, but rather are made exclusively with leather. Sheepskin pads used under saddles are often used and referred to as numnahs (British English).
