[See below.] Explanation: la realidad social y el momento emocional del colaborador = the prevailing social context, as well as the emotions that are likely being experienced by the recipient ******* My understanding here is that "realidad social" refers to the prevailing atmosphere/interpersonal dynamics/Zeitgeist/corporate culture of the entity where this communication will be conveyed, and that "momento emocional" refers to the emotions that it can be assumed the recipient of the communication is likely to be experiencing at the moment - partly as a result of the aforementioned "realidad social" and partly as a result of more personal factors (e.g., the particular stresses of the job of the recipient; current tensions in the company, or perhaps just within the work area of the recipient, etc.). Since one cannot know with certainty what such emotions might be, these need to be referred to in probabilistic terms. |
