para incorporar las areas destinadas al almacenamiento de productos terminados devueltos y retirados del mercado.

my version:
to incorporate areas intended to the storage of returned and recalled finished products from the market.

I dont know if this is OK or not, I dont know if it is necessary to say "from the market" as the info I have read just says "returned products" or "recalled products"

Thanks for your help

returned and recalled finished product
Explanation:
Your suggested version of “returned and recalled finished product” is appropriate as they each describe two distinct scenarios.

“Returned” product commonly refers to defective or non-conforming product BEFORE it has gone to market, while “recalled”, refers to the same product AFTER it has gone to market.

Cheers
