Spanish term or phrase: \"aires de la calle de su situación\"

In translating an extract from a property registry in Spain, in the part where it explains the situation of the apartment, it says:

derecha entrando, aires de la calle de su situación; izquierda, piso décimo derecha....

Does this mean open to the street it is on (although on the tenth floor) or something like that? Is there a proper way to state it in English?

English translation:windows that open out onto the street

Explanation:
It means that the windows open out onto the street, rather than onto the interior of the apartment building, which can be common in Spain. This means that the apartment will get more fresh air, natural light etc.

You could of course specify that the windows open out onto the street where the apartment is actually based, but I wouldn't think that is necessary. I think it's more to clarify that the windows open to the outside of the building rather than the interior.
