Es una escritura de constitución de España dirigida a Reino Unido.

"Además, deberán cumplirse aquellas ***normas de derecho positivo*** que para la adopción de las modificaciones estatuarias que señalan, exijan imperativamente la aquiescencia o consentimiento de todos los interesados, o el acuerdo especial de la mayoría de las acciones de la clase o de cada una de las clases afectadas, o la mayoría de las partes afectadas y las partes no afectadas de acciones de la misma clase, en sus casos respectivos."
