extremely thin Explanation: The adjective 'delgado' is 'thin' or 'slim'. I suppose with 'hyper' as a prefix it would be 'very or extremely' thin. In the paragraph there's also 'ultraleve' which seems to be 'very light-weight'. In French the adjectives are 'extrèmement mince' and 'très léger'. It refers to the late 1960s era when beatnik poets and musicians were important in the culture of the time.
