J'ai l'impression que ça pourrait faire référence à la "sauce Robert" (voir lien), mais qu'on aurait voulu adapter "Robert" pour créer un adjective à partir de ce nom ce qui donne "roberta", au féminin pour faire l'accord avec "salsa" (le fait d'écrire "roberta" avec "r" minuscule pourrait être une preuve aussi de cette intention.
