Espeto de poisson (cuisson spéciale au feu de bois) Explanation: Suite à une discussion avec des amis, nous pensons qu'il ne faut pas traduire "espeto". Contrairement à ma proposition précédente, ce qui est important ce n'est pas tant la "matière" de la broche sur laquelle cuit le poisson (d'ailleurs je pensais que c'était de la canne à sucre mais c'est tout simplement du roseau), mais plutôt le fait qu'il soit cuit au feu de bois sans être en contact direct avec la flamme. D'où ma proposition de laisser "espeto" en espagnol et ajouter une précision entre paranthèses. |
