anomalie d'Ebstein Explanation: Espereo que te sirva. - Si le coeur est énorme, un ICT > 0,70 avec une cyanose et des poumons clairs, on pensera alors à une anomalie d'EBSTEIN. Il s'agit d'une malformation de la tricuspide qui s'insère très bas dans les cavités droites, de telle sorte que le ventricule droit est très petit, on parle de ventricule droit "croupion". |
