Je traduis un document ayant trait à de l'immobilier.

Dans le présent contexte, s'agit-il de justifier aux dépens de tiers ? J'ai un doute quant à la formulation de l'expression.

"La libertad de gravamen de los bienes inmuebles o derechos reales sólo podrán ***acreditarse en perjuicio de tercero*** por certificación del Registro."
