Es gibt ein solches Formular (siehe Link) zur Vorlage beim Finanzamt. Bei "requerimientos" oder "notificaciones" kann dies in Spanien per Internet auf der Seite der AEAT mit der entsprechenden Vorgangsnummer elektronisch erfolgen. (siehe https://www2.agenciatributaria.gob.es/wlpl/REGD-JDIT/FGCSV) Einen eigenen dt. Ausdruck hierfür bzw. Formular gibt es wohl nicht. "Formular für schriftliche Stellungnahme (zu Vorgang)"... sollte ausreichen. |
