Kann mir damit jemand helfen? Es handelt sich um die Eintragung einer Eheschließung in Chile. Unter dem Punkt "Observaciones y subinscripciones" steht der Vermerk, dass eine Dolmetscherin hinzugezogen wurde. Dann folgt eine Info, wie sich die Eheschließende ausgewiesen hat. Und wiederum darauf folgen diese beiden Sätze:

En el acto del matrimonio los contrayentes pactaron separación total de bienes. Se deja constancia del pago de la actuación mediante CRI N° [...], de fecha [...], por el monto de $ 4.510.


Was bedeutet die Abkürzung CRI? Und was ist mit "actuación" gemeint?

Al respecto, puede señalarse que el Instructivo de Convenios de Conectividad Municipal establece en su punto 2.6.1, que una vez que la municipalidad cancele los certificados, vía cheque nominativo y cruzado a nombre de la Dirección Regional respectiva, la oficina debe emitir un Comprobante de Recaudación de Ingresos, CRI, en el sistema integral, entregando el original a la municipalidad y archivando la copia en la oficina respectiva; estos dineros deben ser depositados en forma separada por municipio en la cuenta corriente de ingresos regional, el día hábil siguiente.

agree  Alfred Satter: Einzahlungsbeleg; nach meinem Verständnis eher nicht: Auszahlung, die Ehegatten werden für ihre Vereinbarung der vollständigen Gütertrennung nicht "belohnt" sondern sie zahlen dafür! Herzliche Grüße Alfred
