Ich glaube einen richtigen „arroz caldoso“ gibt es in Deutschland gar nicht. Das Gericht, das ihm am meisten ähnelt ist der Brühreis. Der unterscheidet sich aber etwas vom „arroz caldoso“, weil es oft eher Suppe mit Reis als Reis mit Brühe ist und normalerweise mit Langkornreis zubereitet wird. Deswegen würde ich, wenn es der verfügbare Platz auf der Speisekarte zulässt, Arroz Caldoso (Brühreis) schreiben.
